What is Knowledge Base?

Every AI agent is only as good as the knowledge it can access. The Knowledge Base module is the memory layer that keeps all HiT OS agents accurate and on-brand. Upload product specs, pricing documents, FAQs, company policies and support articles. Documents are indexed and made searchable by AI in real time. When a WhatsApp AI Agent, Instagram Agent or AI Assistant receives a question, it queries the Knowledge Base before responding — ensuring answers are grounded in your actual content, not AI guesswork. Version control keeps knowledge current, and role-based access prevents sensitive documents from leaking to customer-facing agents.
