What is Call Center?

Call Center transforms your business phone lines from chaotic to professional. When a call comes in, the system identifies the caller from CRM, shows their full history and routes the call to the right agent. IVR Builder lets you create phone menus without code — "Press 1 for sales, 2 for support". Agents work from a dedicated workspace showing caller info, call history and quick action buttons. Every call is recorded (with consent) and logged to CRM. Outbound Campaigns let you dial a list of contacts automatically. Managers see a live dashboard with queue depth, average wait times and agent performance.
