By using HiT CRM services, including our WhatsApp Business communication channel, Instagram integration, content publishing features, and Facebook Login authentication, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
HiT CRM is a business management platform that provides:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- WhatsApp Business communication and broadcasting
- Instagram Direct Message management
- Instagram content publishing (posts, stories, reels)
- Instagram comment management (reply, hide, delete)
- Lead management and tracking
- Business analytics and reporting
- AI-powered conversation agents
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when communicating with us
- Not use our services for unlawful purposes
- Not send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies
- Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
- Comply with Meta's Platform Terms when using Facebook Login and Graph API features
- Not publish content that violates intellectual property rights
- Not use automated publishing features to distribute harmful, misleading, or spam content
4. WhatsApp Messaging
Our WhatsApp Business integration is governed by Meta's Platform Terms. We use the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate business communication. By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving replies through the same channel.
5. Instagram Integration
Our Instagram features are powered by the Instagram Graph API and are subject to Meta's terms:
- Direct Messages: We receive and respond to Instagram DMs through the authorized business account. Messages are stored in our CRM for relationship management.
- Content Publishing: You may create and publish posts, stories, and other media to Instagram through our platform. You retain ownership of all content you create. By publishing through HiT CRM, you authorize us to make API calls to Instagram on your behalf.
- Comment Management: We provide tools to view, reply to, hide, and delete comments on your Instagram posts. Comment moderation actions are performed through the Instagram Graph API using your authorized access token.
- Account Disconnection: You may disconnect your Instagram account from HiT CRM at any time through the Channels settings page.
6. Facebook Login & Authentication
HiT CRM uses Facebook Login for Business to authenticate users and connect Instagram Business accounts. By using Facebook Login:
- You authorize HiT CRM to access specific permissions you approve during the login process
- OAuth tokens are securely stored and only used to perform authorized actions
- You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook or Instagram account settings
- We will never post content or send messages without your explicit action
7. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish through HiT CRM. By using our content publishing features, you grant us a limited license to transmit your content to Instagram via the Graph API solely for the purpose of publishing on your behalf.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of HiT CRM (excluding user-generated content) are owned by High Tech Business Solutions and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
HiT CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Failed content publishing due to API limitations or rate limiting
- Temporary service interruptions from Meta/Instagram API changes
- Content or comments removed by Instagram's automated moderation systems
- Token expiration or permission revocation
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
